I called to ask for technician to take a look at my slow moving garage door. They told me a tech would be out within 2 hours. Great! Jack was actually there within 30 minutes!! He showed up diagnosed the problem almost immediately and fixed my door opener, replaced my door seal, and replaced a broken hinge all within an hour. Jack was professional, courteous, attentive and obviously a fast worker. One more thing, the price, affordable. Definitely didn't feel like I was being gouged or anything of the sort.

I highly recommend their services and will be calling back if I need anything more.

Today I put in a request to have a garage door repair or replacement estimate. I received a message back within just a few short minutes from Stephanie saying Jack was able to come out today.

I am so happy with all the information I was given. Jack the owner was thorough and understanding that we are on a budget. He gave me so many options on repair and replacement.

Hands Down Amazing Service! We contracted Action Door to do install only and we bought the product. My install was not easy as we ran into a few issues (that had NOTHING to do with Action Door but product we purchased!) like wrong size molding, damaged door....but I will say...Jack went OUT OF HIS WAY for us (literally)! He was professional, patient and everything turned out PERFECTLY! Highly recommend Action Door and would use them again in a heartbeat (but let them handle the product!)
